Cykloon

ORDERS are the basic functional element of the application and are categorized into three states

• Orders in the process, with a lot of additional information:
  • Deadline - required completion date
  • Transport of bicycle from or to the customer
  • On site service
  • Waiting service
  • Complaints
• Blocked orders - orders that you cannot complete, for example, due to a missing spare part or the sending of a component to an external service, or for another reason, can be marked as Blocked.
• Completed orders with automatic sending of SMS to the customer
• Closed orders with information on the method of payment

• In Cykloon you can register all your customers and their bicycles.
• Each bicycle has an owner assigned in Cykloon and all necessary information is recorded, such as: maker, model, type, color, number of gears, etc.
• Records of orders and invoices for each customer.

• Cykloon has implemented a complete stock management and many more functions.
  • Spare parts in stock are divided into categories for better clarity
  • For each spare part, you can set the minimum quantity in stock, define multiple suppliers for one component and better manage the ordering of spare parts
• Cykloon constantly informs about the current value of your stock at purchase prices.
• If necessary, we will connect your current warehouse system with the stock in the Cykloon application so that the management of service orders in Cykloon is fully compatible with the system you are using.

• Cykloon contains a price list of work tasks, which you can completely edit according to your needs
  • The prices for each work in the database are calculated by entering your mechanics' hourly rate
  • Each service operation contains information about its time consumption (in minutes) and a brief description of the operation
  • At the same time, you can freely edit each service action, change prices, add new actions, or delete actions that you do not want in the database.

You can use 2 methods to plan repairs of individual orders:

• Accelerated planning for the current working day
  • Assign the name of the mechanic who is going to perform the ordered repair
  • Change the status of the order from "Pending" to "In process"


• Professional planning:
  
  • Click on the "Schedule" function and a planning window will open. Here is planning for this contract
    When ordering, you see the estimated repair time, which is calculated according to the specified service operations.
  • Depending on the complexity of the repair, or according to the workload of the mechanics, choose the name of the mechanic and schedule the order for a specific day and time. Here you can also see orders that have already been scheduled.
  • After logging in to their account, each mechanic sees a list of orders he has scheduled and has an overview and control over what to do.

Cykloon provides the service owner with several useful functions. In addition to the fact that the owner of the service assigns rights to mechanics and precisely defines for each person what he can and cannot see or edit in Cykloon, the responsible person in the service also has very important statistical data for a specified period of time:

• Turnover of a mechanic for service work
• Turnover on mechanics for spare parts
• These figures are also available to the responsible person for the service as a whole

Cykloon will provide you with a sophisticated marketing tool with which you can send SMS to your customers with content that you create in advance.
